Spanish creator breaks down after Varanasi visit

In Varanasi, entering Ganga is purification, and I could learn the whole story, read about rituals, karma, moksha, and still not understand what it meant to be here, because there is something that the books cannot explain to you: the energy," she said in Spanish.She also reflected on the people who have come to the river over generations to pray, seek blessings, grieve, heal or say goodbye to their loved ones.

‘I sat inside Ganga and cried’

Pasper then spoke about a moment that was particularly personal to her. What she said about life and death

Another part of Pasper's account focused on the presence of death alongside everyday life in Varanasi.She spoke about the cremations held there and the belief that dying in Varanasi is linked to moksha, described as liberation from the sansar, the cycle of birth, death and rebirth.“Varanasi is also a city where life and death coexist in front of the same waters, cremations are held here every day and ashes return to Ganga, because dying in Varanasi is linked to moksha, the liberation of the samsara, the cycle of birth, death and rebirth," she said.

‘India is not seen with the eyes’

Pasper summed up her thoughts in the caption accompanying her post.“The energy felt in Varanasi pervades through your whole body. I have always said: India is not seen with the eyes, it is seen with the soul."The video showed scenes from the Ganga Aarti, devotees bathing in the river, flowers and diyas being offered and other moments from the ghats.
